Shipping Policy

We are pleased to offer shipping to locations within the continental United States. At this time, we do not ship to Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or P.O. boxes.

Shipping Rates: 

• Standard Shipping (3–5 business days): Flat rate of $10
• Expedited Shipping (1–2 business days): Flat rate of $25

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. For pre-orders, please allow 10–14 business days for processing prior to shipment.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details. If you have any questions about your shipment, please contact our concierge team.

CUSTOMERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR MONITORING THE DELIVERY OF THEIR SHIPMENT ONCE AN ORDER HAS LEFT OUR WAREHOUSE.

For pre-order items, shipping timelines will be clearly stated on the product page. If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, the order will ship once all items are available.

We currently do not ship to Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Internationally or P.O. boxes. All shipments are delivered via reliable carriers to ensure your order arrives on time. 

WE CANNOT CHANGE THE SHIPPING ADDRESS OR THE SHIPPING METHOD SELECTED AFTER CHECKOUT.
