New, unworn, unaltered, undamaged, and unwashed merchandise may be returned for an exhcange or store credit within 14 days of the date on which items are delivered to you, with proof of purchase. You may also return pre-order items within 14 days of receiving the items.
Merchandise must be in original condition, with all tags and trim still attached. Returns are typically processed within 5-10 business days upon receipt at our warehouse in Los Angeles, CA.
Please note that return shipping labels are not included with your order. For assistance with returns, contact our concierge team.
Unfortunately, we cannot refund the original shipping charges, if any, associated with the order. Store credit will be issued for the value of the item(s) if stock is not available for an exchange.
We will only accept returns from www.mousmous.co; please contact third party retailers directly to return items purchased through their channels.
Items marked Final Sale are not eligible for returns.
Mous Mous Los Angeles is not responsible for any items other than those specified on the return slip, including but not limited to non-Mous Mous items and personal effects. If you return an item that is not on your original return slip, our warehouse will discard it. No refunds will be provided for any additional non-identified items.
Items shipped back to us for returns must match the original return slip. Return slips cannot be combined. If you initiate multiple returns, you must ship them in multiple boxes, placing one return slip in each box. If multiple return slips arrive to our warehouse in a single box, your full refund may be delayed for an additional 30-60 days. To avoid this and to receive your refund in a timely fashion, please follow our return label instructions to the letter.

Pre-Order Cancellation Policy
We are pleased to offer exclusive pre-order opportunities for select items. To ensure a seamless experience, please review our pre-order cancellation policy below.
Refunds for canceled pre-orders (within the allowed window) will be processed back to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Changes to pre-order details (e.g., size, color) can only be made within the 48-hour cancellation window. Please contact concierge@mousmous.co for assistance.
In the rare event of a delay, we will notify you via email with updated timelines. Should delays exceed 30 days, you may opt to cancel for a full refund, regardless of the initial cancellation window.
